An agent you can rely on.
Kim is a licensed attorney and a Realtor in California and Washington. She enjoys applying her professional education and experience in her role as a Realtor with Windermere Real Estate in Lakeland Hills. Kim is a great problem solver who values honesty and integrity. She’s detail oriented, professional, and eager to make your real estate goals come true.
Kim was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills come naturally. Her love for real estate came from buying and selling her own homes. After searching for her next career where she could change the world, she realized that she couldn’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world, and that’s a great start.
Kim has lived in 5 different states for school and careers, but can’t seem to stay away from WA for too long. In her spare time, Kim loves to bake, ride her horse, and spend time with family. Kim and her husband Kevin have two children: Kaden and Kamryn. Together, they have a dog, a horse, cows, chickens, and rabbits. Kim and her family have found their forever home and now Kim is excited to help others find their forever home as well.
